The hotel have good location to the underground and its close to Westfield shopping center. Only 10 minutes to Oxford street with the underground. It is 10 minutes walk to Primark and a nice shopping street in Hammersmith. We really like the manager, he is nice and helpful. Nice clean room!

My family and I stayed in the hotel for 3 days.The hotel location is very good close to the underground- pleasant environment - big shopping center around. The rooms were very clean and well maintained and the manager is a very kind and helpful person.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days with my 2 friends. The hotel room is nice. It's near to the metro station and we can find many grocery stores nearby. However, the service is only average. The receptionist was not very willing to answer our questions when we asked for direction for sightseeings.

Good room, but with a really small toilette. The employees were always in a bad mood and to complete the terrible experience, there is no internet (wireless nor wired) and no way to call external numbers from the room, that's why I do not recommend this hotel.
