“charged for 3 nights for one night stay”

I was charged three times for the same night I stayed here and after numerous emails over the c and telephone calls over the course of two months I was forced to contact my credit card company to get a refund for the two nights overcharged. “Cheap and clean”

You get what you pay for. I paid £39 for a night, which is extraordinary value for a clean single room near central London, especially with free WiFi thrown in. Stayed here for a couple of nights as basically just needed somewhere to crash on a big weekend in London and was very impressed at only £30 a night!
