This premier inn is not as modern as some of the sites within the chain, but when you have staff as friendly as Lorraine that doesn't matter! she is the kind of member of staff that any hotel would be proud to employ, it makes all the difference when a person who asks about your day and really is genuine!... Very good budget hotel, room excellent and so was the breakfast.. Could do with sorting out the parking arrangements as having to share with local fast food restaurants which is a bit bizarre.. otherwise very good place to stay..

It needs to be a bit møre cheaper as kings cross is further away please nock off further 7- 8 pounds please.
