Quite a good location and friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are small, very noisy, bathroom tiny. Bed was uncomfortable, room needed a good hoover, bring slippers if you do stay here! First the good. Location was excellent. So easy to grab the heathrow connect and walk two easy blocks from Paddington to hotel. After early morning flight our room wasn't ready they asked for some time and directed us downstairs for the continental breakfast. Toast,juice coffee from machines. Had a fairly basic single-room on the second floor facing the street, nothing fancy but clean. Only complaint would be the street noise in the morning. A few minutes walk to Paddington.

We paid much more for this room than our hotels in Paris and Spain but it was the worst so far. It was down in the basement level and small and dingy. It's conveniently situated in Sussex Gardens only about 5 mins walk from Paddington mainline station and tube, and Lancaster Gate tube.
