This hotel was clean, so very convenient to Paddington, with a lovely accessible square in front and a terrific breakfast. The rooms are small (but aren't they everywhere in London), the bathroom smaller and I would wish they'd not charge for wifi after a half hour free. We will definitely stay here again.

The location is great to get around London and to Heathrow. The staff was very helpful with advice on the most efficient and reasonable way to get around. Lack of an elevator was not a problem as the staff helped with the bags. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, the staff makes you really feel at home.
