Stayed in this hotel in the past week on a business trip. The hotel had inadvertently booked me on a B&B basis whereas I required a room only. This was changed without difficulty on check in and the rate revised downward accordingly. The room was comfortable in every respect and the air conditioning worked as needed on the day which was the... More

You get a funky modern room, that is quite functional. there is only one critisism, and that is the aircon is controlled by the housekeeping. So if you do not want the noise of the AirCon you cannot turn it off yourself, which is crazy. Therefore a call to the desk will turn it off (but a call is then... More

We stayed here after attending a function in Fulham Palace. It was frankly better than I'd expected in deepest Chiswick ("nestled in tree-lined Chiswick High Road" says the website!). Location is actually very convenient (200 yds from the A4/M4) and would be a Heathrow option. The rooms are large and the bed comfortable. The decor is kitsch 70's, but everything... More

the signage generally is very poor, not labelling the English breakfast t bags for instance, or the fruit juices at breakfast, neither was there any fresh fruit at breakfast... also bad signage in the bedroom regarding re-cycling, we found ours in the bath as we were leaving! the front panel of the desk was missing completely and we were left... My husband and I stayed through lastminute.com secret hotels for our wedding anniversary. I requested a rear facing room & mentioned the occasion and we were upgraded. Friendly, polite staff. Room was wonderfully quiet. Really close to Gunnersbury tube so we stopped off in Chiswick on our way to the theatre & got a direct district line back from embankment.... More

Noted the mixed reviews for this hotel and spent four nights here in April 2012. Got a reasonable deal & was overall satisfied with our stay. Positives :- very clean, staff friendly & knowledgeable, very close to Gunnersbury Tube, large bedroom & very large, comfy bed, free wi-fi in lobby. Daily servicing of room outstanding, with plenty of toiletries &... More

I stayed in Chiswick on Tuesday 1st May for a business meeting. I arrived late on Tuesday evening and was warmly greeted by a lovely fellow Irish receptionist (great to see) who efficiently checked me in and informed me I had been upgraded to a junior suite. This room was simply huge with a huge bed to match. The room... More

stopped in this very clean and contemporary looking hotel for 1 night. We arrived early and left our luggage in a secure room behind reception desk. The staff throughout the hotel were polite, helpful and very friendly. The room we had was 216 overlooking the main road, but you couldn't hear any traffic due to the double/triple glazing? We were... More

Great value, great location for a trip to the rugby. Rooms are really nice, though you can't see much in the bathroom due to the mood lighting. Really nice decor. Napa restaurant for dinner is good value with quality food. The Globe bar was great for coffee, food and drinks, though having a DJ blaring out music hindered conversation on... More

Large bar which was well used and staff were attentive and pleasant. Well placed for Gunnersbury tube and in the west end or centre in 10 minutes. Breakfast was a... More
