Hotels in London were FULL this week. Searching through, various sites I found this hotel. Initially reluctant because of brand but it was a pleasant surprise. Rooms were brand new, sheets soft linen, good upkeep, helpful staff. They added a extra bed and a crip without fuss. 3 adults can comfortably stay.

Visited with a family group of 8, including 2 seniors and 2 children. All staff (including maintenance/cleaning) were extremely pleasant and helpful.
Rooms and all communal areas/bars/restaurants were spotlessly clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with full choice of fruit, cereals, pastries and full cooked selection.

Our recent stay at the Premier Inn was again 100% successful. We have stayed quite a few times here now and enjoy it very much. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is second to none and plenty of it. Recommended.

Tower hill is in an excellent location, walking distance from tube with tired children. Large room with two extra beds for children, very clean, dinner and breakfast excellent value. I didn't like being in the basement but that is my personal preference. We booked the room two months in advance and got the same price as other locations in UK....
