Inexistant reception, no hot water (not enough for all rooms, so you have to wake up very early to have a small drop of something "hot"), poor services. We strongly discouraged you to go to this hotel.

this hotel was not what we thougt it was, it was a bad hotel, not very clearn, the closet was broken in both romms, we had to sit in the bed and eat breakfast. one day the wather was coold. it was to expensiv for so bad quility and we will never stay there again sorry

Dirty. No bed sheets. Wetroom with no drain. Curtains don't open. Furniture on its last legs. Scruffy staff. No hot water. Crap cold breakfast. Don't bother wasting your money, I've stayed in a man's loft in the middle if the Czech Republic that had more appeal.

Cozy and lovely hotel. Services were good, room and shower were clean. Located in a very good place,so you can easily walk to most of the important places of London by foot. Breakfast were modest, but always on time and warm. This hotel fulfilled our expectations, I we would recommend it for those who are not spoiled.

Was not what we expected. Couldn't hardly close the bathroom door because the space inside was so small that there was no room for you legs when you were sitting down. Light was not working in the bathroom. Looked really unclean. There was a toilet standing in the hallway.

The "hotel" was an apartment building with 3 floors, and a shared bathroom for all floors. The bathroom was very unclean, and the toilet was blocked for our entire stay.
