I did a lot of research to find a nice place to stay in easy reach of the science and natural history museums. Location wise Fraser Place Queens Gate was perfect. Literally just around the corner from both and just round the corner to Gloucester Road tube station too. On arriving the two receptionists only responded after I said hello... More

We stayed at the Fraser place Queen Gate for 10 nights in one bedroom apartment with my family (one small kid). We requested for the upper floor room and they can arrange for us. The room was spacious and clean. The location is perfect, close to the Gloucester Road tube station, lots of shops and restaurants close by, as well... More

Fraser Place is a very good apartment accommodation with few negatives. Easy access to train/metro and lots of eating places as well. on the negative side, the shower was super hot and no way to turn down the heat. Nowhere to hang clean clothes in bathroom, it needs a hook at least.

Great location, really easy to get to Gloucester Road tube and you're in walking distance of all the Kensington attractions BUT... we were shocked to see a mouse in our apartment as we were having dinner on the first evening. We reported it to reception who appeared surprised and insisted pest control would attend first thing the next day. On... More

Stayed 4 nights in this hotel/studio apartment on recommendation from our Australian travel agent. We were very happy with location and quality of room, fittings, etc. however very disappointed that our room was on the lower ground toward back of property, consequently very little natural light......but as we were tourists, we didn't spend too much time in hotel. Would stay... More

We spent 3 nights here in March, The staff were very accommodating and checked us in early and we were fortunate to be upgraded to a very large studio overlooking the main road. We were warned it could be noisy because of the traffic but we were not disturbed at all. Our son's room on the 3rd floor was considerably... More

I travelled to London for March break with two friends who are teachers. This is the second time we visited London and stayed further along Cromwell Road last time. We like the area. We booked through Expedia and arrived at 10:00 am Sunday morning, with checkin at 4:00 pm. Our overall impression of this property was very positive, and we... More

I have stayed here 3 times, including a stay last month, as a couple & also solo. Feel safe & comfortable. Staff are very pleasant. Studio is not huge but still excellent for central London. It is well laid out & despite the fact that you could gripe a bit (bathrooms a bit tired) I still would not choose anywhere... More

Had a great stay six girls went for a weekend in London. Once we arrived we where allowed to check in early. Everywhere is decorated lovely and very clean. The receptionist catered for all out requests which was lovely. The only minor criticism was we couldn't have free wifi it was extra charge of £10 which i think is annoying.... More

Reception & other staff extermely helpful. Ordered goods to be picked up in London. These were stored for me. Apartment comfortable & well furnished. One small peculiarity - fridge had no freezer compartment! Location perfect next tp Science & Natual History museums. Haven't rated children's activities in hotel as the weren't any- except that museums next door! Not the hotel's fault
