My wife and I stayed here for one night on May 26th. Everything about this hotel is classy. We had room 3 on the ground floor which was comfortable and delightful. The staff were excellent. This is not the cheapest hotel in London but if you want style, comfort and service it is right up there

We stay here regularly and are always impressed with the very high standards throughout. Staff are professional, always friendly and helpful and food excellent. Hotel extremely well run, rooms delighful and very clean. Firmdale Hotels are in a league of their own as these standards continue throughout their group.
