Very dated. We stayed there although we had booked the Gainsborough on the other side of the road. Good position for museums and close to South Kensington tube station. Hotel could do with a revamp. Stained wallpaper ( maybe a leak) and sink badly cracked I bathroom. Beds ok, nice clean feeling sheets. Must be better hotels for the money.
