Sorry for being so late in reviewing this wonderful guest house. We stayed for a week July 2011 and had a lovely time. There is nothing negative I can say about The Florence and would definitely recommend it for its comfort, service, friendliness and location.

My husbandand I stayed at the Florence guesthouse for a long week-end, November 2011 the room was lovely and clean, the breakfast was exeptional. We had a lovely break and the owners went out of there way to ensure we had a lovely stay.

I have stayed in Florence Guest House on 2 occasions now when taking a weekend break away from Leeds. If you are coming from this direction I would recommend not traveling through Scarbourgh and instead taking the Whitby / Pickering A169 route off the A170.
