Really enjoyed my stay here due to spotless rooms, good food and nice hosts. It also has safe parking for motorbikes. Its a short walk into the town and easy to find on arrival. Will definately be staying again and would recommend it for anyone.

We have just returned from our third visit to the Holmleigh and are already planning for next year. Kevin and Carol are a lovely couple who cannot do enough for you. The rooms are spotless, very comfortable and spacious. The delights of Whitby are just a short walk away down the hill, with plenty of good places to eat.

Anyone staying at Whitby will enjoy staying at this guest house, the rooms are clean, the food is exellent and Kevin and Carol are lovely people who cannot do enough to make sure you enjoy your stay, in fact I would go as far as to say that this is one of the best/friendliest places I have stayed at.

Kev and Carol at Holmleigh are the nicest hosts you could ask for. Kev is such a character, and Carol serves up the best breakfast that keeps you going until dinner time. Clean, spacious room, off street parking, ideal location - pleasand walk to restuarants, Magpie Cafe, the harbour and the whale bones etc.. Highly recommended.

Lovely room with large bathroom. Enormous breakfast served by very friendly hosts. A good walk to the centre of Whitby but would definitely stay again.
