Absolutely everyhting about this place was perfect. We would definately recommend it to anyone. Very friendly and comfortable. Home from home. :)

We had a twin ensuite, it was a great room,very clean and fantastic hospitality. Nice walk into York by the river. Would go back.

The hostess was wonderful and catered to our dietary needs. Great location. Clean. Great value. We found this to be a really pleasant and great B & B. We had two older children with us and the family room with two single and one double bed was ideal.
