This was our first lodging in the UK and it was just wonderful. Charming, clean and close to everything. The host and hostess were the best; kind, considerate and thorough in their duties. This will be my first choice on any future visits to York.

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the guest house in September 2011. Located on a quiet street, the hotel is within easy walking distance of most attractions in York. Comfortable and spotless. Excellent breakfast with vegetarian options if desired. Elizabeth and her husband Spiros were accomodating and gracious hosts. Highly recommended!
