Arnot House was recommened by Rick Steves. Delightful B & B within easy walking distance of the city center. Kim was very helpful in answering all our questions. Had a lovely room and large bathroom. Our car was parked on the street the entire stay.

Found Arnot House web site and noted the phone number. Rang when we were an hour or so from York and booked for three nights. Kim is the best hostess, and makes wonderful coffee! We enjoyed our stay, especially meeting Millie the cat! The B & B is impeccably clean and quite quiet. We had a lovely room on the first floor with en suite bathroom. I would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone visiting York!
