Bev and Martin welcomed us like family and were very helpful with suggestions for finding our way around in York and locating the best places to eat dinner. Breakfast was delicious and the homemade jams added to the enjoyment. We were impressed with the use of local produce and the the bread Bev makes herself is fantastic.

Not what was expected from the outside and surrounding area, but once through the front door the welcome was outstanding and both Martin and Bev were extremely friendly.
