Very clean and homely good home cooked food with friendly staff all you need for a weekend away.

thank you to all the staff for making our w/end special,the service and the food were excellent,and a big thanks to all the york people who showed nothing but kindness to two "londoners ",the wife and i would definitely return.

Just come back after stopping their for 3 x nights. Nice little hotel with really friendly staff, allround had a great stay and York is excellent place for a short visit.

decided to visit york on a last minute descision (literally 3hrs before we arrived).
