Excellent place nice friendly welcome ,spotless room ,great breakfast ,bus stop right outside and great pub just along the road , owners and staff very helpful with information , also very easy to reach by car and good parking behind house

A really nice b&b. Comfy bed, great shower, spotlessly clean room, a really good cooked breakfast (home made bread - yum) - helpful and friendly hosts. You can stroll into York from here in about 20 mins and theres a bus stop right outside the b&b. Will stay again.
