We booked Harts Hotel at the last minute following a disaster at another hotel. The staff were so lovely and very helpful. The room was quite small but spotless and we enjoyed a great breakfast in bed. The location is brilliant and all in all I would definitely recommend it for a couple on a city break.

In short, whoever is recruiting & training staff here is doing a very good job indeed. Polite, helpful & friendly employees everywhere, and plenty of them. Excellent food at our function. Warm welcome, clean well decorated room, and attentive bar service made for a very pleasurable business stay over. And the restaurant food is exceptional, the only place to stay in Nottingham. Keep it up guys!
