The initial excitement of the surroundings and what might be a creative use of an usual hotel location, wears off very quickly once faced with the poor service at Malmaison. Have been to Oxford many times but never stayed at the Malmaison before now. Whatr a unique experience! Friendly service, also in the restaurant. The hotel is within walking distance of all the important sites in Oxford and can be recommended for business and for a leisure trip.
