excellent stay, rooms nice, staff very friendly . The only problem is the steam room has to be reset every 30 minutes, the hotel is very dog friendly. The two receptionists who we dealt with the most (Jamie and alex) are very friendly and helpful, if you ever come to sheffield make sure you stay at the Novotel.
