We stayed for just one evening. The attic room where we stayed had just been refurbished and there were lots of lovely touches like dressing gowns and very effective black out blinds. The en suite shower room was also very nice with swish soaps and fluffy towels. Hosts were delightful. Very helpful and knowledgeable about Sheffield. I would certainly stay... More

Absolutely fantastic B and B. The rooms themselves were incredible, with a lot of light and space. They were beautifully furnished and the attention to detail such as fresh home made flapjacks, books to read in each room, a bathrobe and home slippers, and a selection of teas and coffees to suit each taste was really touching. The fried English... More

Stayed 1 night in this very welcoming and gorgeous b and b. Huge bedroom with adjacent bathroom and use of study and guest lounge where a fabulous cooked to order breakfast was served. Very helpful hosts who provide a wealth of thoughtful details and extras. I hope to return soon.

Number Fifteen was ideally situated - with in the city but quiet, and close to some excellent restaurants. It is beautifully furnished and the owners could not have been more helpful. I had the top floor room which was splendidly spacious and the bathroom was lovely. After a couple of days I began to wonder what treat would be on... More

A beautiful house extremely well situated for the University, hospital and the best shopping in Sheffield. Simon and Judy are amazing hosts, attentive to all needs and the breakfasts are unparalleled. My relatives thoroughly enjoyed their stay, comparing the rooms favourably to top hotels, and having paid them a visit I can concur wholeheartedly. And I thoroughly enjoyed the modest... More

We have just returned from an excellent one night stay with our daughter at Number 15. Judith and Simon are superb relaxed hosts. Previous reviewers have mentioned the generous proportions of the rooms; there has been no exaggeration. Warm and welcoming, each room has been thoughtfully supplied with flap jacks and a good selection of books. There's even a study... More

We stayed at 'Fifteen' for two nights in October. What a lovely B & B. Judith and Simon couldn't be more helpful and have thought of everything. The rooms are beautiful and breakfast is delicious. And such a treat to have homemade cakes in the room. A little gem and we'll stay again.

We stayed here as we were going to a family wedding in the city and we were delighted with our choice. We stayed in the top floor room (Fern Room) which was more like a mini suite, with a little sitting area and loads of space. This B&B is light and contemporary in it's decor, with a first rate bathroom... More

We were in Sheffield for a wedding in early October and, as reluctant hotel-goers, booked Number Fifteen. Judith and Simon were extremely accommodating, arranging to do a quick room turnaround so that we could execute a change of clothes for the wedding after flying into Manchester. We cannot fault the accommodation or the hospitality! Great breakfast and everything you need... More

Mr & Mrs Hughes offer a very comfortable stay in their handsome Victorian villa in the university area of Sheffield. 2 large and bright bedrooms, a sitting room/breakfast room, well-stocked with maps, guides, and books of many kinds. Breakfasts were sumptuous and delicious. Friendly and welcoming.
