I stayed here for four days last week and couldn't have made a better choice. My room on the second floor was just first class. I overlooked the lovely Georgian road but heard no traffic noise. As well as the main bedroom and lovely bathroom there was a delightful seating area with a TV (there was also a TV in... More

Overall very good. Bath is generally an expensive place to stay and I'd certainly return to the Dukes Hotel when going back. Parking permits can be reserved and is included in the room rate, which is not the case for several budget options around the area and parking can prove expensive. We found the staff to be pleasant and helpful.... More

We stayed in the Dukes Hotel over a Friday and Saturday night. The hotel is well placed for a visit to Bath which is best seen on foot. The staff were helpful and welcoming throughout. The main drawback was the size if the room on the third floor. Both the bedroom and the shower room are best described as snug... More

Stayed just up the road 2 years ago in a real dive hotel on holiday, so was a little apprehensive about staying here. But Dukes was lovely; quiet, very cosy, all the staff i met were lovely (especially Mike, who made me fee l like the Duke himself!). Free wi-fi, nice tea/coffee Delicious breakfast. So nice, i'm going to return... More

We arrived in Bath looking forward to a lovely stay but my partner needed the use of wi-fi internet which was promised in their room description but was 'down' a the time, with an unknown fix date. The front desk was fairly helpful but dismissive of the issue of the wifi and in the end went to get the general... More

Excellent hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly. We stayed in a double room on top floor, lots of stairs but nice and quiet up there. Must say the english breakfast was amazing, one of the best i've had.

We arrived at the hotel on bank holiday Friday and were welcomed by a very friendly gentleman at reception who very kindly upgraded our room. Our room was gorgeous, big, light and airy. The location is great, less than 10 minutes in to the centre of town - would recommend this hotel. Thermae spa was lovely but I would advise... More

We were greeted by James as soon as we came out of the car, he took good care of us and carried our luggage up to the second floor. If this is your first visit to Bath, just a word of warning, many hotels have no lift nor air conditioning and it can get very hot in these old stone... More
