Overall very good. Bath is generally an expensive place to stay and I'd certainly return to the Dukes Hotel when going back. Parking permits can be reserved and is included in the room rate, which is not the case for several budget options around the area and parking can prove expensive. Excellent hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly. We stayed in a double room on top floor, lots of stairs but nice and quiet up there. Must say the english breakfast was amazing, one of the best i've had.
