Had a very overpriced one night stay. Stained bath with only a mixer tap shower, two mattresses put together as a double, but kept coming apart!! Stained carpet and worn furniture. Breakfast adequate but avoid the croissants, burnt on top and not cooked underneath. Location excellent but in desperate need of a re- fit, never stayed anywhere quite like it!!

Stayed at this hotel via purchasing a deal from Groupon and I can now understand why we could a good rate! We booked a twin room and got a room with an average double bed and what seemed to look like a bed one would see in a hospital! The bathroomn was very standard. The shower curtain could not cover... I would have rated this hotel terrible had it not been for the fact we used a buyagift voucher which we got on special for less than £70 for a two night stay including B&B and that we used this on Good Friday & Saturday. Needless to say, it would have been impossible to find a hotel, even Travelodge for... More

Do not go here!!!!! This is the first time I have ever left a review, but felt compelled to do so after staying in this dreadfull hotel. Went for a romantic weekend, 3 out of 4 towels stained, bedding stained, ceiling plaster coming away in the bedroom, very old peeling paint and generally feels dirty & very tired. Went down... More

An older hotel, Good location to all in Bath, room was okay, very large bathroom and bedroom was fit for purpose As with all hotels in Bath, some update to decor is needed Bath is a great place for a weekend break Hotel had lost our booking! But, they found us a room and all was fine in the end... More

We used this hotel with a buy a gift voucher & I have to say the stay was terrible. The interior is like a ye olde home for senior citizens. It doesn't feel clean at all, especially in the bathroom. 4 out of 8 lights worked in the room. It took them 5 hours to bring a second bath towel... More

We spent a two night break at Pratt's Hotel. The hotel was reasonably priced and very central. Our room was lovely and spacious and evening meal really nice. Our radiator wasn't working but a plug in heater was brought to us within ten minutes. Breakfast was adequate, but best and most important part was very helpful and friendly staff. Thanks... More

I am a frequent traveller and have pretty low standards. This towel is very poor. Just the basics: room in bad shape: pealing wall paper, disgusting carpet, ropey bathroom and generally very small the way UK hotels were 20 years ago. The room was made and tidy, but was still very "dirty". In need of an upgrade!! Had a big... More

We stayed 2 nights at Pratts Hotel this week using a Buyagift voucher which made it very good value for money. Location was excellent. Breakfast was good too. 3 of the lights in our room did not work so we told them in reception when they asked if everything was ok. They said they would be fixed the next day... More
