I hadn't stayed at the Villa Magdala for over ten years. On returning, I found it having had a make-over without losing any of its charm. A really warm welcome greeted us and staff were warm and attentive throughout our stay. A beautiful spot - I can't imagine there's anywhere better to stay in Bath.

I chose this B&B based on: location - quiet, but 5 minutes walk to town centre, car park, high standard of accommodation shown on website. I'm pleased to say it lived up to all our expectations. Our group of 4 stayed for one night in a "Good" and "Best" room. Both rooms were very elegant with comfortable bedding. Good room (room 2) was just by the entrance and noisy at times. My wife booked us in to Villa Magdala for one night 08/05/12 and we couldn't have been more happy with the room, the people and the whole ambiance of the place. Attention to detail was excellent and we will definately be going back. The location is superb only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Bath.
