Walk to central Bath in 5 minutes across the Pulteney Bridge. In a beautiful street, with great views from upper back windows. Quite area, park behind, Holburne Museum a block away. Nice lounge. Breakfast is first rate. Sunday roast dinner. Has a cozy feel. Only a couple dozen rooms in three townhouses.

We had a great stay here. Parked right outside with a permit from the hotel. 8 minute walk to Roman Baths and Abbey. Small room but comfortable and cosy. Really polite and helpful staff. Cooked breakfast included and very nice. Good value for money.

All the rooms here are fine but if using the included Internet is important to you be sure to book a room on a lower floor otherwise the signal will be aggravatingly weak. Rates do vary quite a bit according to the season. An exceptional plus point here is the first class breakfast.
