We found Kevin & Billie the nicest people you could meet, superb breakfast, best 3 nights sleep we have had in a long time, a real treat for the wifes 50th birthday. We can highly recomend you stay here. Kevin showed all the sites worth looking at in Bath city.

A wonderful friendly, welcoming place to stay. Very clean, delicious breakfast and all one could ask for, even down to the emergency supplies in the bathroom. Would certainly recommend.

A very well kept friendly place to stay, breakfast was very good plenty of choice. About twenty minutes walk into town. Only fault was the King size bed was two single beds /mattresses/headboards pushed together, the join in the middle was very noticeable.
