We had a 2 night stay and the found the motel to be better than expected. The staff were extremely friendly & very helpful with any request we had. It's one of those hotel's that has many, fire doors and stairs. We had an upstairs room out the back part of the hotel. You need to take notice of how... More

As part of a hen party I stayed in this hotel and was not happy with the accommodation, dated and staff not interested in guests comes to mind!! Nice views and gardens but that's about it. Not alot of choice at breakfast unless you like a fatty fry up with cold sausages. Wouldn't stay again

Just returned from Bailbrook house had a wonderful time. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Our room was beautiful, nice selection of toiletries. Tea and coffee facilities were good. The breakfast had plenty of choice from full english to continental. We will definately be returning in the future,

My friend and I stayed at Bailbrook House Hotel for 2 nights in April. It is a wonderful old country house, and although we were in a relatively modern annexe, we found our room was very good indeed. Nicely furnished and decorated, a great bath and shower. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly, and the breakfast was to die... More

Just a one night stay here, The room was nice enough. lovely and clean with all the usual facilities you would require for a short stay. However, I've marked the score down as I was a bit startled by the prices for food and drinks. A burger and chips from the menu in the bar was almost £15 and a... More

We had a lovely stay at the Bailbrook House hotel. We were an hour early and there was no problem, we were allowed into our rooms. The staff friendly. Good tea and coffee making facilities and a nice big kettle, which makes a change. The room clean and spacious and the bathroom spotless with plenty of spare loo roll. The... More

My friend and I arrived late on Friday night. After travelling for a couple of hours we wanted a drink. The receptionist Kamilla advised due to the time and the bar not being busy it had closed however a gentleman kindly opened this up for us so we could have a drink. Kamilla went through all of the information we... More

I only stayed at this hotel for one night, yet the welcome and service at this hotel is second to none, even the porter and serving staff were warm and helpful as it can get quite confusing going from the main building to your room, however this makes the hotel even more wonderful. My room was perfect, spacious and warmly,... More

This hotel is tired and so was I after a half hour walk into Bath. A spa with no swimming pool, a small jacuzzi and a small gym. The evening meals are good, if expensive and the breakfast is adequate. No problems with the staff they are friendly enough. Overall though too expensive for waht it is.

Thank you for your comments, whilst we are a little confused by them we have noted about the breakfast and dinner Regarding the confusion? We do not advertise on any site as a spa hotel or that we have a pool, however we do state that we are not centrally located Once again Thank you Kind Regards Tracy Tennant General... More
