I have stayed at Lynwood House 4 times now and every time it has been wonderful. The room is clean, facilities are good and Christian is very welcoming and cooks a great breakfast. The location is brilliant for getting to the city center and a wide selection of restaurants.

Stayed for 1 night en route to Devon. Excellent service via email and when we arrived. We arrived early so our room had been prepared for us which we didn't expect but was very welcome. Parking permit provided and we were able to park very close by. Room comfortable with good shower. Excellent location for Bath centre and theatre.

Lynwood House is perfectly situated near the town centre of Bath. It's everything you want and need for a basic getaway with good access to the City. It's a short walk to center of historic Bath. The room was clean and comfortable, although small and two flights up. We were given a parking permit for the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. Excellent value for the location.
