Well is a compact little city anyway, but the Swan couldn't have been bettered placed to help you enjoy yourself. The staff couldn't have been more attentive, the rooms were nicely individual and mine had the best shower I've used in a long time. All in all a lovely few days.

Just about everything you could wish for. The room was spotless, bed comfortable, and staff very helpful. We paid a little extra and had a small sitting room which is perfect to chill out in after a long walk or tour of the city. Hope to re-visit soon.

The hotel is situated in the middle of Wells with a car park to the rear. We went to The Swan for a wedding reception & the food & service was excellent. The staff really looked after my niece, the Grooms Mother & the bride & groom were given a wedding reception they'll never forget plus the added bonus of an overnight stay in the best Suite the Hotel has.
