We stayed here in April 2012. The hotel its self is very nice but the hospitality was not good. There was 40 of us staying and they wouldnt help out with food in any way. The booking of the hotel was a nightmare too. All in all not a great experience but hotel was nice

I stayed here for 4 nights and I thought it was excellent - very good location, lovely breakfast, great rooms, comfy beds, great health/leisure facilities, nice bar, friendly staff, huge car park, near amenities - it exceeded my expectations and I would gladly stay again.

This is a huge hotel, with leisure club. The room we had was of a good size, but it was cold and various bits and pieces just didn't work.
