Booked urgently after being let down by another hotel as they'd double booked. Arrived late and was met by a deer in the field. Had an excellent nights sleep in a lovely large, clean, warm room. this is a beautiful place,lovely people who really looked after us,nothing was too much trouble.lovely breakfasts,beautiful walks nearby,will go back next year as we loved it.the room was lovely and large and the fridge came in very handy for our snacks and cold drinks

We stayed in the gorgeous self contained lodge and had the most amazing time! Accomodation is top notch - lovely lounge, kitchen, bedroom etc. It has such a homely cottage (yet modern) feel and the sourroundings are just beautiful. Perfect for a romantic get away! The owners where very freindly and helpful.You have a lounge as well as a bedroom which were very clean and warm.The bed was very comfortable.The bathroom was well stocked with plenty of very hot water.The breakfast was first class with there own farm eggs. The surrounding area is a must to explore with unlimited walks.
