A large group of us are all staying here in August. The hotel couldn't get hold of one of our group members. Noticing that we shared the same surname they got hold of me instead to offer them their bandb rate. It is the little things like this that make me feel appreciate as a customer. Thank you Lythe Hill... More

Just back from Lythe Hill after booking a quick one night getaway including Dinner, B & B. Also sampled Spa facilities. Over all was really impressed, lovely cute room and the entire Hotel had feeling of another world, not 40 mins from London. All the staff couldn't do enough particularly in the restaurant. Food was amazing..doing 2 course meal for... More

A very nice hotel with stunning views. Very easy to find and within easy reach of major routes but without any noise! Pleasant and professional staff. We had a clean well-appointed superior room. Very good 16th century restaurant. Not a large menu but the food was of excellent quality and beatifully presented. The Maitre'd could not have been more heplful... More

dirty rooms, tea & coffee in thermos and poor choice of food at breakfast, harrased bride into giving up her room before the agreed time of departure which meant her having to phone where we were staying that night and beg them to let her use her room even if it wasn't ready as she was beginning to feel stressed... We booked a Superior room and informed reception prior to arrival that this was a special occasion. The receptionist was hurried on check-in and appeared unwelcoming. The room was tiny and the bed short. The view was over the car park. The rooms were off a hall-way that was reminiscent of University Hall accomodation. I went back to reception to... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately on the day the hotel was busy and full, with such great diversity of rooms we unfortunately in your opinion fell short on the allocation on the day. All our superior double rooms are different some have separate sitting rooms overlooking the courtyard or the back grounds others have a larger bedroom... More

We enjoyed a wonderful break at this hotel. When we arrived we were told we had been upgraded to a superior room. This was slightly away from the main hotel overlooking the landscaped grounds, which were full of rabbits! The bathroom was equipped with Elemis products with twin sinks, large bath with piping hot water and power shower. The flat... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here at Lythe Hill for a weekend in early October. It was quite nice indeed. Seeing the Surrey countryside was absolutely stunning and the property that LH was located upon was gorgeous and full of waterfowl and rabbits. The spa facilities (steam, dry sauna, pool, masseuses, hot tub, treatments, classes, shower room/lockers, etc. etc.) were... More

I have visited Lythe Hill Hotel five times in the last year on both business and pleasure breaks. The rooms are wonderful but the Reception staff can leave one feeling a little cold as I have at times found them a bit abrupt- though only ever upon departure. The conference rooms are comfortable and the equipment excellent. All of the... More

I must say that I am usually very picky when it comes to hotels, restaurants and the like. To get a flawless review, they have to go above and beyond and I felt that EVERYONE at Lythe Hill did just that. From the reception staff, restaurant staff to the spa staff. I'm sure the cleaning staff are perfect as well,... More

Having just visited in the past few days, my trip was last minute and having never been to a hotel which offered spa facilities, I now completely understand why people choose these breaks. From start to finish, everything was perfect for me. I loved my room, bed was very comfortable and lots of small touches made it more special. Breakfast... More
