We stayed overnight whilst attending the Alicia Keys gig at the Metro Arena. We chose the hotel for its central location and my priority club membership. We were also drawn by the linked marco Pierre white restaurant. Our arrival was warmly greeted by the reception staff. Our room was clean and inviting. The furnishings including the bed were really comfy... More

I stayed here with my partner for a Newcastle game and we heard no outside noise from anybody. The only downside is that parking is available, but at... More

Checked in early afternoon and had a wander around the city. Hotel is elegant. Staff all seem very young, pleasant and friendly. Room exquisite, linen and toiletries lovely, bed a bit soft for our liking, complimentary mini bar with 2 soft drinks 2 bottles of water, a packet of crisps and a kitkat and plenty of room for your own... the hotel is well located next to the Assembly rooms and just up from Central station Despite a free reward night stay as a platinum member got upgraded to an executive room with balcony-that was very nice to sit out and look out over the rooftops.Fortunately it was a pleasant night as not so much fun in the rain! the...
