I booked this hotel as my usual one was full. I read the reviews beforehand but still decided on booking here. Some of the comments are a little harsh, however it didn't live up to much. The reception was a grubby little room. The room itself wasn't too bad, bed was comfyish after a few beers. I think the olympic...

So on the way up to Newcastle for a stag we decided to read the reviews for the hotel we had booked- petrefied sums up our reaction and after copious amounts of nervous humor we arrived at the before mentioned "tower of terrors". Fairly clean- bad location, but only £5 in a cab. The management were good keeping the place...

The room was dirty with marks on the walls stained carpets and a dirty carpet the was in need of a good hoover. It needed work as there was broken tiles in the bath room and a lamp that didn't work. The worst part of our trip was trying to sleep, the hotel had some very noisy guest staying in...

The room itself was a bit dated but ideal...

Breakfast is not worth the effort. Seriously, just pay a little extra and stay somewhere else. A Rip Off at the highest level! HSE need to visit this place as...

The photos did not match the internet. The toilet did not flush. The soap in the bathroom was dirty. One of the chairs had stains on it. The draw in the wardrobe did not have a bottom in it. The breakfast was that bad we went to a cafe. And guess what i paid £199.99 for 4 people to stop...

Stayed in this hotel on Friday 24th Feb for lads night out for mates birthday. The hotel it's self is spot on, only fault I have is it's about 15 minute walk to the city centre which isn't terrible I suppose and another fault is the breakfast, just toast and cereal... Other that that it's a clean friendly hotel. Room...
