We had a three night stay here in an executive room. Everything was very clean and they thought of everything with the bathroom toiletries, even an emery board. Impressed. Our only problems were that the wall appeared to be very thin as we heard the next door rooms alarm go off at 4.00am and then they had a very loud... More

We were visiting Warwick Arts Centre and stayed for 2 nights in a room for the disabled. Very spacious comfortable room with everything needed for a person with disabilities. The staff were friendly and most helpful; always ready to assist. We had lunch which was excellent, large portions beautifully presented. We will stay again.

Stayed one night on a busy bank holiday weekend in May. All the staff were exceptionally pleasant, friendly and efficient. Our executive room was brilliant. Spacious, comfortable and clean with a lovely view straight down the High Street. Some of the standard rooms are smaller. The dining room was very busy at breakfast but there was no waiting. The hot... More

Was in the vicinity for a family wedding. Leamington Spa HI was £78 per room however Kenilworth HI was £50 per room so opted for Kenilworth. I stayed with 6 family members. 3 in each room. It was a very pleasant stay - no complaints from me. The hotel seems a bit 80s from the outside but the rooms were... More

Easy to find, car parking adequate, reception staff went out their way to help. Facilities for meetings very good... Food very good.... Although staying there for a business convention all aspects of this hotel would suit the private visitor... a nice feature is the outside lounge area next to the coffee bar a lovely view of the town...

Location - excellent Staff - delightful Food (only breakfast tried) - quantity rather than quality. Acceptable but I have had better and at much better value. Room - small but pleasant. My second visit to this hotel. I booked the accessible ground floor room 001 again. The issue that I reported to the hotel still hasn't been fixed so if you use the shower, the water doesn't drain away properly so be careful you don't slip on the floor. The sofa bed isn't very comfortable. The hotel restaurant staff are very... More
