This is a lovely, clean guest house with great rooms and a very warm welcome. Although it is a little out of the centre of Stratford it is worth a stay here. Breakfast was lovely too.

A wonderful guest house in Stratford Upon Avon. Helpful and attentive (without being pushy) owners. Clean, warm and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Free parking, a huge bonus in Stratford where the multi-storey costs £10 a day! It is a good walk from town (15 minutes or so) but level and easy to find.

Everything about Penryn Guest House is super!! the rooms were clean, plenty of space, the staff couldn't have been any more helpful, and as for the breakfast there are no words to describe it, certainly award winning. We needed a Stratford based hotel or B&B that was dog friendly for one night, not too much choice available particularly at a reasonable price. The place was easy to find and had plenty of off road parking. The owners are obviously dog lovers and we were given a separate 'garden' room away from the main building. This was fine... More

Although a bit of a walk from the center, the rooms are well-appointed and quiet. The breakfast is locally-sourced, and first-rate. The couple running the B and B are a bit on the traditional side, but are nonetheless extremely friendly. I have stayed here about 5-6 times, and will return.

Located a reasonably short walk to the train station and fairly close to the town centre this guest house is a real treat.
