We have stayed numerous times and love The Applegarth. Its convenient location is perfect for wandering in to Statford. Rooms are spacious and modern and spotlessly clean. Great 2 night rates for New Year. See you there 31st December

I like to visit Stratford at least a couple of times a year to see some Shakespeare at the RSC and whenever possible I return to the Applegarth. Pleasant 2 night stay. Good, straight forward, well cooked breakfasts. Super convenient for the town, only about a four minute stroll. This place is really good value - free parking, good breakfast, close to the theatre and town centre. Although the room was small, it had all one could want: tea and coffee making facilities, mirriors, wardrobe, good shower with nice white towels. The owner is very friendly and helpful and obviously extremely hard working!

We were lucky enough to get a room at the last minute at The Applegarth (if booking late - try and book direct with hotel rather than a booking website - they will probably give you the same rate). The Guest House is only 100 yards from the riverside and the edge of the old town. It was easy to walk from here to the RSC theatres and the various Shakespeare buildings and museums. Great value at this centrally located property.Just a few minutes walk from the theatres and with ample parking space. Friendly staff,spacious and clean bedroom and an excellent breakfast. Top value and will definitely stay here on my next visit to Stratford.
