very kind hosts in a lovely part of warwick. very handy for visiting the castle (walking distance even with kids), and a great park also very close. rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast generous and wifi very fast. the family room just slept the 5 of us so was a bonus thanks for a great stay

I stayed at Agincourt Lodge on business mid week. This welcoming B&B is within walking distance of all the sites and restaurants in Warwick. Importantly it is very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The proprietor got up early to give me breakfast and all breakfasts are cooked from scratch. Excellent for the price.

We had a lovely time, with a comfy, warm room,free wifi, marvellous breakfasts with amazing home made jams, choice of croissant, well cooked meals at breakfast. Very near the station, and splendidly helpful owners.

The rooms are lovely and clean (been in two of them), the matresses were among the best I have had in a b&b. The breakfast is just wonderful! This Guest House is ideal for visiting Warwick, near to several attractions but not right in the centre of the City. It is within easy walking distance of many Restaurants and also Warwick Castle.
