The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and there was a Harvester next door which was great. You can't go wrong with a premier inn normally and this one lived up to its name. Recommended.

An excellent stay here. Harvester next door was really busy and popular - however still had great service. Although separate to the restaurant - you would think it was run by the same staff! Excellent service all round and most of all a great nights sleep!

We thought "behind a pub in Birmingham which was on a dual carriageway?" this could be trouble especially at the price and the time of evening we arrived. We went in the pub for a nightcap. Stayed here whilst visiting family - the hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable and there were no disturbances during the night even though it was a Friday. Reception were friendly. Very good quality compared to many other budget hotels we have tried. Will definitely book again.

Last stayed here some time ago when it was a Holiday Inn Express Good building with clean rooms Service from Reception was poor (light on but no one home) Breakfast service was slow, but food was good when it finally arrived!

We have stay here loads of times,we go back because its simple straightforward Clean, Staff very welcoming. and there is a Harvester next door, the meals are beautiful, but book a table at the week end.
