Stayed for three nights during the half term, great stay. Ordered extra pillows as pillows provided were very thin, but did not get charged for them. Quick check in. Rooms had everything we needed. If you need to be close to bullring/hypodrome/station then this is the place

Although the location wasn't brilliant (it is very close to the Bull Ring and city centre, but is opposite a couple of "gentleman's clubs"), the hotel was clean, well-looked after and staffed by friendly, competent people. Our family room was comfortable and modern and the breakfast in the morning was first rate.

This hotel is near the mailbox but it is not the Ramada at the mailbox. It's location is good as it is a few minutes away from a huge number of restaurants and bars at the mailbox. The room was clean and had all the mod cons, tea facilities, TV etc. They have a walk in shower so no bath.... More

There is limited parking at 12.50 per day behind the hotel. We checked in at 4pm and still managed to get a space. Check in was fast & staff were friendly. Hotel itself was nice and clean. Found the hotel eventually after first stopping at the other Ramada... However by around 6.30pm their parking garage was full and the overflow parking area belongs to another store opposite. Apparently they have permission to use it at weekends, there was no charge - but it was quite a squeeze to get the car in! Short walk to the city... More
