We stayed at this hotel for one night and yes it is a busy street but it was just what we wanted. It's a good location, value for money and a brilliant breakfast. All the staff were lovely, very friendly and checked us in early (we didn't pay extra - which is unheard of)! We will stay there again.

We were attending a Concert at the Symphony Hall, and had stayed at the Novotel before on several occasions. Just came back from a weekend in Birmingham and stay at the Novotel Birmingham Centre. Nice spacious room, friendly staff and very good restaurant. The breakfast was very good amazing variety. Very central location. Will come back to this hotel no doubt.
