I have stayed at Norwood Hotel 5 times in the last 10 months whilst my husband has been an inpatient at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital. We were very grateful to the staff at Norwood Hotel who with their quiet efficiency provided a relaxed atmosphere for our guests. The buffet was excellent and they were sympathetic to our uncertainty about number of guests. We would have every confidence in recommending Mark and the Norwood Hotel to other people for their funeral tea.

We stayed at this hotel 5/6 Nov 2011 can't say how much we enjoyed it. Clean and friendly, hotel was warm, staff & food excellent plenty for breakfast. Bar area with comfortable seating and large tv, bar well stocked and easy parking. Will recommend it to everyone. Needed a taxi one there in 3 minutes no problem.
