Room was a little tired and smelly. Far too much noise from adjoining room where they decided to have a late night get together. Lock on door broken and could not be repaired until morning.
Hate the soap dispensers you have to milk them to get anything out.

An overall average stay in an average hotel. Obviously the siting means they probably rarely get return guests or guests staying for more than 1 night at a time. The first challenge was to find it, it is so badly sign posted and hidden off the road, even with a satnav we couldn't find it, ended up calling for directions....

Recently stayed at this Holiday Inn Express. Since it is isolated from any other outlet, you are restricted to the bar food or the restaurant next door. This hotel is VERY clean and tidy. Ironic because the shower and sink soap dispensers where empty! Nice staff, friendly and polite. Only downside is the parking charge...shouldnt have to pay if u stay

we stayed there for an event at the NEC hotel only reachable by car/taxi - cost £6 they do have a shuttle bus but it only runs at certain times but hotel are not helpful in sending info on ths but hey check in not too bad mediocre no mention of the key in slot to get electric room only...
