This is an excellent place to stay in the heart of Birmingham. Close to the canal and all that it has to offer, you are also only a short 10-15 min walk from the Bullring Shopping Centre. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good value for money.

Stayed one night on a business trip and as usual with Premier Inns the experience was a good one. The staff were very friendly, room was clean and no noise at night. Breakfast was cooked to order and had the usual vast array of choices. Location is ideal as easy walk from Birmingham New Street station.

This hotel is a rip off, got charged 150 pound for a two night stay with no breakfast and then to add insult got the smallest room in the hotel. This is a budget hotel so charge budget prices.
