Nice large secure , gated car park (best feature of this establishment, but hard to find. Breakfast and breakfast choice was poor and whole breakfast experience/area needs major improvements , sausages were disgusting. Manageress/ person in charge was quite helpful. access to accommodation was tricky and limited ie felt like a curfew in place. Room heating from radiator was not... More

Almost impossible to find the car park, which is behind locked barbed wire gates. Have to phone the hotel to get let in - no intercom or anything at the gate. Guess where reception is (no signs) to then struggle with one person trying to find a booking and another insisting that nobody by that name was booked in. Finally... More

I stayed here one night, I was supposed to stay four but promptly checked out the next day after spending just the one night. The room was small, the carpet was dirty, the bathroom was very dirty and the bed wasn't comfey. The lady that welcomed me wasn't the nicest and didn't even show me to my room (which isn't... More

This is the worst place I have ever stayed..EVER. Their website assures you of ' a warm welcome and a memorable stay' We got no welcome as such, as we stood ringing the bell for 20 mins, then had to ring the phone number so someone would come and open the door, and as for a memorable stay, that you... Have to say that this was the worst hotel that we have ever stayed in, ever. We were given no directions to the car park and arriving in the pitch black, found quite daunting. Our room was in the attic, three flights of stairs later to find two single beds pushed together and what was worse was one side was... More

The location is the key issue, while situated on a main road the parking is at the rear which is a bit of a maze to get to, and near impossible if you haven't read the directions given on the website. The establishment has double glazing so the noise from the main road is barely noticeable. The rooms are large,... More

Appalling, we have never stayed in such a bad hotel ! Right from the outset we were not impressed as we could not find the carpark. We had to pull up on the busy main road at the front of the hotel and ring the bell to ask for directions. The reception are looked like someones front room with a... More
