I stayed for three nights and dined there twice. Food is way ahead of most other restaurants in this area. Owner/Chef Lee really does know what he is doing and the accommodations really cosy. Cannot recommend it more highly

We enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay at the Town House, Lee & his team made us feel really welcome and could not do enough to help us during our stay , we opted for the midweek deal which included bed & breakfast and dinner for both nights . Lee is a masterful chef and the quality of the food...

We were in Arundel for a wedding and had a meal at The Town House following recommendations on this site. It's a cosy place with plenty of history and great staff, who are friendly and helpful without imposing on us or hurrying us on. The food was absolutely wonderful and at a very reasonable price - 2 courses £23.50, 3...

Had a wonderful two nights staying at The Townhouse. The owners are extremely welcoming, the property beautiful, the location ideal and the breakfast delicious (including the best vegetarian sausages I've ever tried). What more could you ask for?
Just had a lovely romantic break here. The Town House is just by the castle so the setting is perfect, the welcome is genuinely friendly, our bedroom was clean and comfortable. The food is excellent and I really couldn't fault the place. We stayed two nights but were told that as the room wasn't needed the day of our departure...

The Town House is the perfect place to stay in Arundel. The owner Lee is a very welcoming host and a great chef. We had a lovely long weekend here and highly recommend the accommodation and the restaurant. It is worth noting they are also bike friendly!
We often stay in "Restaurants with rooms" and this is up there with the best. First mention must go to the convivial host Lee & his supporting cast creating such a friendly atmosphere & then to "The Town House" itself where we stayed 5 nights in early December. A great location in the centre of a lovely & seasonally decorated...

We went for a mid week break to the town house a few month ago - i have stayed at a few 4* and 5* hotels in my time but never one i would want to return just for the food or stay alone! The staff were all friendly and helpful without having that forced smile and tone you come...

We love the concept of a 'restaurant with rooms' - the opportunity to enjoy an excellent meal with only a few steps to a lovely bedroom to collapse in afterwards!! The Town House ticks all the boxes.
Don't be mistaken this is not a hotel with a lounge or many facilities but an excellent restaurant with knowledgeable and friendly staff...

We were upgraded to a 4 poster room as we were the only residents and it was a lovely room which overlooked the High St and castle. Arundel is a lovely town but the Tourist Information centre has been closed down and it was impossible to find info about Arundel attractions (including the castle) - this is sure tobe a...
