Stayed here for 1 night, parking was a bit of a nightmare but that was the only negative. We had a standard double room but it was a good size. The Sky Lounge is great and has a wonderful atmophere.

Stayed here for 1 night, parking was a bit of a nightmare but that was the only negative. We had a standard double room but it was a good size. The Sky Lounge is great and has a wonderful atmophere.
Hotel was clean, light and airy. The room is on the small side, as is the bathroom (no bath) but functional and clean. Large floor to ceiling window which is nice - we had a canal view. Comfy beds although the air con was very noisy. Free wifi which is always a bonus! breakfast was "ok" - not a great...

Overall the hotel os great but the customer service i found to be extremely poor. Having stayed at this hotel twice before and had great experiences this one severely let us down and caused a major argument between me and my girlfriend. After a night out in the sky lounge my girlfriend had gone outside for a smoke forgetting her...

My husband and I stayed at the Doubletree Hilton in Leeds for our wedding anniversary on May 7th, 2012 and had a fabulous stay at great value for money. Warm chocolate chip cookies on arrival, friendly polite staff and a great room which was perfectly clean, bright with a big window and view and very nicely furnished. Was particularly impressed...

I love this hotel. Well equipped, good sized, very clean rooms. Good quality food and speedy room service. Welcoming staff and great value. Strongly recommend.
The service was generally of excellent standard. However the experience was completely disappointing due to;
1) I heard wind noise all night (was their a fire/smoke escape in the suite (room 1115?) I was in?) - this needs to be baffled.
2) The breakfast was pre-heated in bain-marie, consequently at 09:15 the food was completely overcooked and nasty to even...
