Also known as the Windmill as the modern building is built around and embedded into an old windmill. Booked via Booking.com for only £29 and could find no fault. Standard room that suited my needs perfectly. Large Tesco and other shops in a retail park 5 minutes walk. Taxi to Leeds City center was around £10 each way.

The outside appearance of this hotel really doesn't do the interior, the catering or the staff any favours. The car park was scruffy, largely unlit and depressing.
